If you broadcast on a platform we list

The country restrictions you set on your own account are carried over here: a visitor from a country you blocked does not see you on ChatCums.

What we show on your page — your room name, your thumbnail, the country and languages you stated, your tags — comes to us through the partner interface of the platform you broadcast on, which we are a marketing partner of. We do not record, store or redistribute your broadcasts, and there is no video of you on our servers.

If you would still rather not be listed, say so in the form. We do not argue about it and we do not ask you to justify it.

If you are reporting an infringement of your rights

Tell us what the material is, where on our site you found it, and what gives you the right to ask. The form asks for each of those, and a request that answers all of them can be acted on straight away.

The declarations at the bottom of the form are what makes the notice valid: we are not able to act on a report that leaves them unticked, and an unsigned one is not a notice at all.

What happens next

The request goes into our queue the moment you send it. We take the listing down while we look at it, rather than after — a listing that should not be there costs more standing than a listing removed in error.

We answer at the address you give. If the material is on the broadcasting platform rather than here, we say so and tell you who to write to, because removing our listing would leave the source untouched.
